Shear Behavior of Stud-PBL Composite Shear Connector for Steel–Ceramsite Concrete Composite Structure

For steel–concrete composite structure, a new type of stud–PBL shear connector can improve the resistance interface, and polypropylene fiber ceramsite concrete reduce self-weight. Therefore, investigating behavior connectors for steel–ceramsite structures bears significance. In this study, static testing numerical simulation push-out specimen were first conducted. The influencing factors bearing capacity then analyzed. formula determining structure was ultimately established. results indicated that exhibited excellent good deformation ability. addition, increasing concrete’s strength, stud’s diameter, perforated plate’s thickness could significantly connector. calculated value well correlated measured test. Overall, effectively interfacial performance structure. Moreover, established demonstrated broad applicability.
